摘要
目的对比T淋巴细胞亚群在糖尿病足感染及非感染患者中的差异,研究T淋巴细胞与糖尿病足感染的关系。方法选取我院收治的84例糖尿病足患者,按照感染与否分为感染组(48例)与非感染组(36例),比较感染组与非感染组患者入院时及观察终点时T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+细胞、CD4+细胞、CD8+细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值)的差异。结果入院时糖尿病足感染组的CD3+细胞[(59.34±4.45)%]、CD4+细胞[(32.54±3.54)%]及CD4+/CD8+细胞(1.25±0.40)比例均低于非感染组,而CD8+细胞[(27.57±4.53)%]则高于非感染组[(24.55±3.60)%]。感染组在观察终点时的CD3+细胞[(63.23±5.54)%]、CD4+细胞[(35.64±3.13)%]及CD4+/CD8+细胞比例(1.40±0.25)均高于入院时水平,但CD8+细胞[(25.49±4.03)%]低于入院时水平,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足并发感染的患者中存在T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,提示糖尿病足感染患者存在细胞免疫功能的缺陷。
Objective To compare the differences ofT lymphocyte subsets in diabetic foot infection and non-infected patients, and to study the relationship ofT lymphocytes with diabetic foot infection. Methods Eighty-four patients with diabetic foot were collected and divided into infected group （48 cases） and non-infected group （36 patients） according to the infection. The T-lymphocyte subsets （CD3＋ cells, CD4＋ cells, CD8＋ cells, CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio） were compared between infected group and non-infected group at admission and the end of observation. Results The CD3＋ cells [（59.34± 4.45%）], CD4＋ cells [（32.54±3.54%）] and CD,＋/CD8＋ ratio [（1.25±0.40）] in infected group were significnafly lower than those in non-infected group at admission, whereas CD8＋ cells [（27.57±4.53）%] in infected group was significantly high-er than non-infected group [（24.55±3.60%）]. In the infected groups, CD3＋ cells [（63.23±5.54%）], CD4＋ cells [（35.64±3.13%）] and CD4＋/CD8＋ cell ratio [（1.40±0.25）] at the primary endpoint were significantly higher than the levels at admission, while CD8＋ cells [（25.49±4.03%）] was lower （all with P〈0.05）. Conclusion T lymphocyte subsets change in patients with concurrent infection of diabetic foot, suggesting cellular immune defects in the patients.
