摘要 目的探讨自然流产与染色体异常之间的关系及其临床意义。方法对358例有自然流产史的夫妇进行外周血淋巴细胞培养,G显带,显微镜下计数20个分裂相,综合分析3~5个核型。染色体数目及结构异常者,计数100个分裂相,加倍分析染色体核型。结果 358例自然流产夫妇中共检出染色体异常32例,异常率为8.94%;其中男性15例,女性17例。常染色体异常22例,占6.14%;性染色体异常10例,占2.79%。结论染色体异常是导致自然流产的重要因素之一,对有自然流产史的夫妇进行染色体检查有助于病因诊断,提供临床指导,达到优生优育的目的。 Objective To explore the relationship between spontaneous abortion and chromosome anomaly and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 358 couples who had a history of spontaneous abortion were en-rolled and the lymphocytes were cultured. Karyotypes were analyzed by G-banding in all cases, 20 split-phases of cells were counted under microscope and 3~5 karyotypes were comprehensively analyzed. For the couples with abnormal chromosome number and structure, 100 split phases were counted and the karyotype was double analyzed. Results Of the 358 couples, 32 cases of chromosomal abnormalities (17 females and 15 males) were found, with the overall incidence of 8.94%. Twenty-two cases were found with autosomic abnormality, accounting for 6.14%, and 10 cases were found with sex chromosome abnormalities, accounting for 2.79%. Conclusion Chromosomal ab-normality is an important cause in recurrent spontaneous abortion. For the couples with recurrent spontaneous abortion, examination of the karyotype would help to identify the cause and provide medical advices, ultimately achieve the purpose of prenatal and postnatal care.
