摘要
目的测定武汉和海口结核分支杆菌分离株对5种抗结核药的MIC并分析其耐药特征。方法BACTC技术和改良罗氏培基培养用于MIC的测定。结果66株结核随时INH,SM,PAS.EMB和RFP的耐药率分别是39.4%,24.2%.16.7%.24.2%和37.9%。武汉和海口分离株的耐药率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。总耐药率为57.6%。多耐药率为42.2%。多耐药株占总耐药株的73.7%。多耐药菌株中,INH和RFP所占比例高;在耐INH和RFP的菌株中,大多数为多耐药菌株。结论耐药率和多耐药率高,结核菌的多耐药特征与其耐INH和RFP有关。
Objective To determine the INH,SM, PAS, EMB and RFP minimal inhibitory concentrations to Mycobacterium tuberculosis and analyse the drug-resisitant patterns. Method BACTEC techniques and improved L-J culture were employed to MIC deteminations. Result Among 66 isolates of Mtuberculosis, resistant rates to INH, SM, PAS,EMB and RFP were 39.4%, 24.2%,16.7%,24 .2% and 37. 9 %. There was no significant difference betweenthe Wuhan and Haikou isolate resistant rates. Total resistant rate was 57. 6 %. The multi-drug resistant(MDR) rate of this panel of isolates was 42.2%. MDR constitional rate was 73. 7 %. driong MDR isolates, resistant rates to both INH and RFP were very high, among strains to the INH and RFP, MDR rate were also high.Conclusion Both resistant rate and MDR rate were high. The MDR may be associated with their resistace to INH and/or RFP.
