摘要
用PDA培养基对6个蛹虫草菌株进行菌落培养、人工栽培,并对子实体生物转化率与主要活性物质含量:虫草酸、粗多糖、虫草素、腺苷含量进行了比较分析,以筛选出优良的蛹虫草菌株。实验结果表明:2号菌株菌丝生长速率较高,子座健壮、产量高、生产周期短、主要活性物质含量高于其他菌株,表明2号菌株具有较高的生产价值,适合在北方地区栽培。
A comparative study was carried out on the mycelium form and artificial cultivation and also the comparation of the active material of D-mannitol, polysaccharides, cordycepin and adenosine of six strains Cordyceps militaris on PDA media, a fine stain was screened. The results showed that the mycelium of strain 2 grew faster, the stromata was stronger, growth cycles was shorter and the contents of active ma- terial was higher. Purporting strain 2 was a fine species with high value of development and spread, and suitable for growth in north China was obtained.
