摘要
推进循环经济、建立循环型社会是日本21世纪社会经济发展的基本战略,农业循环经济是这个基本战略的重要实践内容。本文在分析日本农业循环经济发展模式的基础上,通过对中国与日本农业循环经济发展的对比,总结了中国发展农业循环经济过程中存在的不足,从建立健全政策法规、完善财政体系和市场体系、加强人才培养、发展农业循环经济等方面给出促进中国农业循环经济发展的启示,为中国发展农业循环经济提供参考。
The promotion of circular economy and construction of circular society are 2 basic strategies of social and economic development in 21st century,and the agricultural circular economy is an important content of the basic strategy.Based on the analysis of Japanese agricultural circular economy development mode,through compared with Japan’s agricultural circular economy development to China’s,this paper summarized the existed problems in the course of the development of agricultural circular economy in China on several aspects of establishing and perfecting the policy laws and regulations,improving the financial system and market system,strengthening personnel training and provides some suggestions for the development of agricultural circular economy in China.
