摘要 本文从复合材料整体化的发展趋势和国外大型客机典型中央翼结构特点出发,结合复合材料设计和制造的固有特点,设计了一种整体化成型的中央翼方案。通过论证和分析,从设计性、强度、可靠性、质量、腐蚀、疲劳、维护、功能性、工艺性等方面说明了整体化中央翼方案的优点;从设计难度、制造难度等方面说明了该设计的风险。最后,结合现今设计技术和制造技术的发展说明了复合材料中央翼整体成型方案的可行性。 This article is from the the composite overall trends and foreign large passenger aircraft typical central wing structural features,combined with the inherent characteristics of composite design and manufacturing,design a holistic forming the central wing program. Described in the discussion and analysis from the design characteristics, strength, reliability, weight, corrosion, fatigue, maintenance, function, process, etc. Description scheme has the advantage of the whole of the cen- tral wing from the difficulty of design, difficult to manufacture, etc. the design of the risk. Finally, the combination of modem design technology and the development of manufacturing technology composite central wing overall feasibility of forming program.
