摘要
对于自然吸气的发动机来说,进气压力是负压,所以进气歧管的动态效应对进气量的影响较大,在进气歧管优化的过程中主要是充分利用进气压力波的动态效应增加发动机的进气量。主要研究不同的进气歧管结构尺寸对进气量的影响,通过理论计算确定进气歧管的结构尺寸,并通过试验验证确定最优的设计方案。
The intake manifold pressu is a negative one for a naturally aspirated engine; therefore the dynamic effect of intake manifold has significant effect on inlet airflow. The main purpose of intake manifold optimization is that dynamic effect of intake pressure wave is fully utilized to increase the engine inlet airflow. The effect of intake manifold parameters was investigated in this paper, and the structural dimensions are optimized based on theoretical calculation. Finally, a best solution is determined through test validation.
