摘要 发动机上很多部位都有密封要求,尤其是平面密封部位较多,典型部位有油底壳、正时链罩、缸盖罩等。新型发动机这些部位采用液态密封胶代替传统的成型垫片,液态密封胶带来密封可靠优点的同时,也带来影响发动机整机清洁度问题。针对发动机试验过程发现缸盖罩密封胶进入整机油道,引发阻塞机油控制阀等清洁度差问题,分析了产生此问题的原因,并通过改进涂胶工艺,解决了清洁度问题。 Many locations need to be sealed on an engine, especially in plane locations, including oil pan, timing ehain, cylinder head cover, etc. The fluid sealant is applied on the above locations of a new engine to replace a conventional formed gasket. However, the problem of engine cleanness usually appears at the same time when fluid sealant is characterized by a reliable sealing. In connection with the sealant of cylinder head cover into engine oil passage in the engine test and oecurrence of oil control valve clogging, the reasons arising thereby are analyzed. Furthermore, this problem is solved by improving rubberizing technique and engine cleanness.
