摘要 设计了一种基于PLC的播量控制装置,通过建立拖拉机行进速度与步进电机转速之间的随动模型,实现了利用拖拉机的行进速度控制步进电机的转速,进而达到控制播种机播量的目的。分析了控制系统的构成,通过软件编写实现了对播种机的播量、拖拉机行进速度、步进电机的转速和播种机行进距离等参数设定和实时显示。试验结果表明,该系统运行时各排种管之间的变异系数不超过2.93%,播量总体误差率不超过3%,较好地实现相对于传统播种方式的精量播种控制。 A sowing quantity control device based on PLC is designed. Through the building of the relationship between tractor speed and step motor speed, the step motor speed is controlled by the tractor speed, in this way the purpose of controlling sowing quantity is accomplished. In this paper, the composition of control system is analyzed. By writing software, the setting and real-time display of the seeder is accomplished, containing sowing quantity, tractor speed, step motor rotation speed and the travel distance of planter etc. The experimental results show that when the system is running, the variation coefficient between each row of pipe is less than 2.93, the general error rate is less than 3%,the control of sowing seeds is well realized compared with the traditional planting method.
