摘要
本文通过对江苏经贸职业技术学院2011届毕业生的质量跟踪调查,汇总了用人单位对毕业生的评价和要求,并对调查结果进行了统计分析,据此提出加强学校人才培养和就业指导工作的建议。
This paper tracked the employers of year 2011 graduates of JVTIEC, summarized the employers＇ evaluation and suggestions, made statistical analysis on the results of the survey, and then put forward suggestions about school personnel training and employment guidance.
