摘要
为了提高中学生耐力素质、增强学生体质健康水平,运用实验研究法和问卷调查法研究应用计算训练法对中学生耐力水平、主观锻炼体验和锻炼诱导情绪的影响。结果表明:应用计算训练法有效提高中学生耐力水平,扩大了计算训练法的应用领域;中学生主观锻炼体验属于中上等水平;中学生锻炼诱导情绪属于中等水平。
This article aims at applying experimental research method and questionnaire research method to analyze the impaction of computerized running training program on the endurance level, subjective exercise experience and exercise-induced emotion of middle school students, in order to improve their endurance level and physical health. The results are as follows : computerized running training program effectively improves students' endurance level and also the application fields of the program are expanded; the exercise experience of middle school students ranks at upper level and the students' exercise-induced emotion ranks at medium level.
