摘要
本文报道了1例临床少见病例,患者以上消化道出血为首发症状,初次胃镜提示为溃疡,经奥美拉唑治疗效果不佳,继而病灶溃疡基底发生隆起性病变,怀疑恶性可能,但多次胃镜下取活检病理不支持.病变最终经外科手术切除并行病理检查确诊为增生性息肉伴溃疡.临床医生应提高对类似病例的认识,避免误诊.
A 44-year-old male patient suffering from upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage was initially diag- nosed with gastric ulcer by gastroscopy. The le- sion appeared poor responsive to proton-pump inhibitors; however, a neoplasm gradually formed in the ulcer base. The neoplasm was pathologicak- ly confirmed to be a gastric hyperplastic polyp oc- curring in the ulcer base after surgical resection of the lesion. Clinicians should improve the aware- ness of similar cases and avoid misdiagnosis.
