摘要
搭建实验平台,研究径向热管传热机理;根据能量平衡和传热学基本原理,采用等效导热系数法,利用Matlab6.5软件,对实验数据进行多项式回归,得出等效导热系数λeff与充液率R的拟合公式λeff=1 586.1+47.3R-0.5R2。以等效导热系数为评价指标,分析不同充液率下热管的传热效果。研究结果表明:在低热流密度下,充液率越高,传热系数就越大;在高热流密度下,随着充液率的增大,传热系数增大到一定程度后开始下降;在实验条件下,径向热管的最佳充液率为40%-55%。
The experimental platform was built to study the heat transfer mechanism of radial heat pipe. According to the energy balance and heat transfer theory, the equivalent thermal conductivity method and Matlab6.5 software were used to perform polynomial regression of experimental data. The equivalent thermal conductivity coefficient fitting formula was obtained. Taking equivalent thermal conductivity as evaluation indicators, heat transfer efficient under different filling rates was analyzed. The results show that heat transfer coefficient at low heat flux density increases with the increase of the filling rate, while in high heat flux density, heat transfer coefficient begins to decline after it increases to a certain extent. The best filling rate of radial heat pipe is between 40% to 55% under the experimental condition.
