骨碎补总黄酮对老年性骨质疏松症患者血清骨钙素水平及骨密度影响 被引量:43

摘要 目的研究骨碎补总黄酮对老年性骨质疏松症患者腰椎、髋关节骨密度及血清骨钙素水平的影响。方法选取2011年1月-2011年7月来我院就诊的64例临床确诊的老年性骨质疏松症患者。通过给予强骨胶囊(主要成分:骨碎补总黄酮)治疗六个月后检测并观察骨质疏松症患者血清骨钙素及人体骨密度的变化。研究其对老年性骨质疏松症患者血清骨钙素水平及骨密度影响。结果 64例老年性骨质疏松症患者骨密度及骨矿含量值均有所提高,其中腰椎(L3)骨密度T值上升2.11个单位,GT区骨密度测定值上升1.65个单位,而其骨矿含量相对变化较小。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据不同年龄分组对骨质疏松症患者血清骨钙素含量进行统计分析发现,随着年龄的增长,人体血清骨钙素测定值曲线不断上升。治疗6个月后,血清骨钙素曲线水平均有所下降,(P<0.05)。但血清骨钙素水平仍然高于正常人体骨钙素水平值。结论骨碎补总黄酮可以有效提高老年性骨质疏松症患者人体血清骨钙素水平及腰椎和髋关节骨密度。 To study the effect of flavonoids drynaria fortunei on bone mineral density (BMD) of the lumbar vertebrae and the hip joint and serum osteocalcin level in senile osteoporotic patients. Methods A total of 64 patients, who were diagnosed as senile osteoporosis in our hospital from January 2011 to March 2012, were selected. All the patients were treated with bone strengthen capsule (drynaria fortunei flavonoids) for 3 months. The changes of serum osteoealein and BMD were observed. The effect of flavonoids drynaria fortunei on serum osteoealcin level and BMD in senile osteoporotic patients was studied. Results BMD and bone mineral content of all the 64 patients with senile osteoporosis were improved. Among all the results, BMD value of L3 increased 2. 11 units. BMD of GT region increased 1.65 units. However the changes of bone mineral contents were relatively less. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Statistical analysis of serum osteoealein in different age group showed that the serum osteocalein curve rose along with the increase of age. The level of serum osteocalein declined after 3-month treatment (P 〈 0. 05). But the serum osteoealein level was still higher than normal serum osteocalein level. Conclusion Drynaria fortunei flavonoids can effectively increase serum osteocalein and BMD of the lumbar vertebrae and the hip joint in senile osteoporotie patients.
