摘要
目的观察经卯圆孔射频治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效。方法原发性三叉神经痛患者60例，采用射频治疗。在X线下以耳一床线为基线进行定位。结果60例患者中，疗效达优者52例，良5例，好转2例，无效l例。优良率为95％（57／60例）。结论经卯圆孔射频可安全、有效地治疗原发性j叉神经痛。
Objective To observe the efficacy of radiofrequency through oval foramen for the treatment of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Sixty patients with primary tri geminal neuralgia received the treatment of radiofrequency. The location was positioned by the ear- clinoidal line under the X-ray. Results In the 60 patients there were 52 patients with excellent effect, 5 cases with good effect, 2 cases with poor effect and 1 case without effect. The excellent and good rate was 95%（57/60 cases）. Conclusion The method of radiofrequency through oval foramen is safe and effeetive for the treatment of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia.
