摘要
目的探讨显微手术治疗上颈段椎管肿瘤的安全性和临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年12月至2013年1月显微手术治疗的50例上颈段椎管肿瘤患者的临床资料,对所有患者进行显微手术治疗,比较手术前后在临床症状和体征以及并发症等方面的差异性。结果手术治疗后临床症状改善明显,椎体束征等体征消失。ASIA神经功能分级和肌力分级明显改善,辅助检查手术前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论显微手术治疗上颈段椎管肿瘤临床效果显著,安全性好。
Objective To observe the safety and clinical effect of microscopy treating upper cervical intraspinal tumor.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with upper cervical intraspinal tumor treated in our hospital from December 2009 to January 2013 were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients were treated with microscopy.The difference of clinical symptoms,signs and complications before and after operation was compared.Results After treatment,clinical symptoms improved evidently,and the signs including pyramidal sign disappeared.And the grading of nerve function and strength grades improved significantly,and there was no difference for auxiliary examination before and after operation（P 0.05）.Conclusions Microscopy treating upper cervical intraspinal tumor not only has evident clinical effect,but also has good safety.
