摘要
总结了79例微创血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的护理体会。主要护理措施有心理护理、生命体征观察、引流管护理、高热护理等。认为微创血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血,配合精心的护理措施,能提高治愈率、降低病死率、减少并发症,提高患者的生活质量。
Summerizing the nursing interventions of 79 hypertensive intra cerebral hemorrhage patients treated by minilogic evawation. Including psychological care, drainage tube care, close observation of vital signs fever care, etc. Considering that with the intensive nursing intervention, minlogic evacuation can improve the cure rate, reduce the case fatality rate, reduce the complication and improve the patient’s life.
