摘要
针对以传统网络管理为中心的运维管理模式特点,分析了当前传统信息服务保障运维管理模式的一些不足,阐述了以IT服务管理为中心的运维管理模式特点,提出了将IT服务管理应用到快速发展的信息服务保障中去,提高信息服务保障能力,增强信息服务效率。最后,根据信息服务保障实际特点,提出了运用IT服务管理实施管理的几点建议。
Aiming at the characteristics of traditional network management-centric operation and maintenance management mode, this paper analyzes the deficiency of current traditional information services security mode, expounds the characteristics of IT service management-centric operation and maintenance mode, presents a method of applying IT service management to the rapidly developed IT service operation and maintenance to improve information services support capabilities and enhance the eliiciency of information services. Finally, according to the actual characteristics of the information services support, it proposes some suggestions of the implementation of IT service management.
