摘要
以高速精密磨床用静压径向空气轴承为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件建立静压径向空气轴承有限元分析模型,进行仿真分析;运用正交试验法设计试验方案,分析轴承主参数对其承载性能的影响。结果表明:影响静压径向空气轴承承载特性的因素主要包括:平均间隙、偏心率、节流孔直径、供气压力、轴承长度及每排节流孔个数等;同时,轴承的平均间隙存在一个最佳值,使得轴承的承载力最大。
Taking an aerostatic radial bearing for high - speed precision grinder as research object, the finite element analysis model of the bearing is built by using finite element analysis software, and the simulation analysis is carried out. The testing program is designed by using orthogonal test method, and the influence of the main parameters on the bear- ing load carrying capacity is analyzed. The results indicate that the factors which affect the load carrying capacity of the aerostatic radial bearing are as follows: the average clearance, eccentricity, orifice diameter, supply pressure, bearing length and number of orifice per row. The largest load carrying capacity is achieved under an optimal bearing average clearance.
