摘要 包络分析是滚动轴承故障诊断的通用分析方法,可以比较准确地诊断出轴承内、外圈等故障。包络分析大多在原始振动加速度信号基础上进行,受噪声干扰等因素的影响较大。通过对原始振动信号自相关函数作包络分析,可以有效地抑制噪声,突出反映故障调制特征。对某电机轴承故障进行了测试分析,并对影响包络分析结果的若干因素进行了分析。 The envelope analysis is general analysis method for fault diagnosis of rolling bearings, which is able to ac- curately diagnose fault of inner and outer rings. Most of the envelope analyses are based on original vibration accelera- tion signal, which is seriously influenced by noise interference. The noise is effectively suppressed by envelop analysis of auto correlation function of original vibration signal, and the modulation characteristics of fault are highlighted. The test analysis is done for fault of a motor bearing, and the factors that influence the results of envelope analysis are analyzed.
