摘要
目的:观察肠宁汤对老年性抗生素相关性腹泻脾肾阳虚证的临床疗效。方法:将老年人抗生素相关性腹泻患者60例随机分为两组各30例。治疗组给予肠宁汤治疗,对照组给予培菲康。1周为1疗程,治疗2个疗程,观察疗效及治疗前后临床症状积分参数的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.67%(95%CI=63.7%～97.7%),对照组为73.33%(95%CI=48.4%～90.7%);两组综合疗效比较(u=1.953 4,P=0.050 8);治疗后,治疗组临床症状总积分参数优于对照组亦处于临界状态(u=1.755 4,P=0.079 2)。结论:肠宁汤治疗老年性抗生素相关性腹泻的疗效优于培菲康的证据尚不充分,OR=0.42(95%CI=0.11～1.60),NNT=8(95%CI=3.0～22.0)。提示,肠宁汤治疗老年性抗生素相关性腹泻脾肾阳虚证具有可喜的研究前景。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Decoction of Chang-ning on senile antibiotic-associated diarrhea with syndrome of asdthenic splenonephro-yang. Methods： 60 cases with senile antibiotic-associated diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups, there were 30 cases in each group. The treatment group received Decoction of Chang-ning, and the control group was given to Pei-fei-kang. One treatment course included 1 week, and after 2 courses of treatment the curative effects were observed. And so were the changes of clinical symptoms score before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.67% （95% CI = 63.7% -97.7% ） ,and the control group 73.33% （95% CI =48.4% -90. 7% ）. There was not significant differ- ence between the two groups（ u = 1. 953 d ,P = 0. 050 8 ）. After the treatment the clinical symptoms score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （ u = 1. 755 4, P = 0. 079 2） and in borderline state. Conclusion： There is not sufficient evidence to show that Decoction of Chang-ning is superior to Pei-fei-kang on senile antibiotic-associated diarrhea, OR = 0. 42 （ 95 % CI = 0. 11 - 1.60 ）, NNT = 8 （ 95 % CI = 3.0 - 22. 0 ）. This shows that Decoction of Chang-ning has a good research prospect on treatment of senile antibiotic-associated diarrhea with syndrome of asdthenic splenonephro-yang.
