摘要
为了尽快提高中资银行运营效率和竞争实力,我国把引进境外战略投资者作为推动中资银行改革的一个路径选择。深圳发展银行是我国引入境外战略投资者的典型案例。通过剖析中外企业文化的碰撞与冲突,从中资银行企业文化重构的角度,对战略引资的非定量化方面进行探讨。中资银行企业文化的重构带来的影响是不容忽视的,中资银行应通过与境外投资者的战略合作,着重从人本文化、执行文化、风险文化、服务文化和创新文化等方面,重塑自身优良的企业文化。
In order to enhance the operational efficiency and competitive strength of Chinese Banks as soon as possible, our country regard introducing the foreign investors as a path of promoting the reform of Chinese Banks. This paper discuss the non-quantitive effects of introducing the foreign strategic capital through analyzing the collision and conflicts between the Chinese and foreign corporate culture based the case of ShenZhen Development Bank which perform deep corporation with foreign investor. The paper argues that it doesn’t been ignored to reshape the corporate culture of Chinese Banks, Chinese Banks should reshape corporate culture form the aspects of people culture, implement culture, risk culture, service culture and innovation culture though the corporation with the foreign investors.
