铜绿假单胞菌对碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药机制的研究进展

摘要
近年来,随着抗菌药物的大量使用,多药耐药的铜绿假单胞菌(pseudomonasaeruginosa,PA)的数量和耐药率不断上升,其所导致的感染性疾病临床治疗十分棘手。PA对抗菌药物存在多种耐药机制,其主要机制是各种肛内酰胺酶的产生。本文就PA对碳青霉烯类抗生素的耐药机制作一综述。
