摘要
目的:探讨高血压患者在立位、坐位、卧位三种体位情况下尿液成分的改变。方法:对2009年1月-2010年12月进行体位试验的580例高血压患者进行尿液成分分析,比较其在三种体位下的检测结果,并分析其影响因素。结果:不同体位情况下患者尿蛋白、尿潜血、尿红细胞差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。三种体位的尿蛋白、尿潜血、尿红细胞在年龄<50岁组、重度血压组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尿潜血在轻度高血压组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);尿蛋白、尿潜血、尿红细胞在年龄≥50岁组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高血压患者尿液成分均以立位时检出率最高。
Objective: To investigate urine composition according to standing, sitting and supine position in the hypertensive patients.Method: 580 hypertensive patients with orthostatic test from January 2009 to December 2010 were selected as research object and Urine composition analysis in three body postures were analyzed and compared.Result: Hyertensive paflenls under different body postures of urine protein, urine occult blood, urine erythrocyte had significant differences ( P〈0.01 ) .The three postural positions of urine protein, Urinary erythrocyte, urine red blood in the age 〈50 years old group, there was statistically significant difference in severe blood pressure group C P〈0,05 ) I urine occult blood in the mild hypertension group, the different:e was nonsignificarlt ( P〉0.05 ) ; Urinary protein, urittary occult blood , urinary erythrocyte in the age ≥ 50 group showed no significant difference ( P〉0.05 ) .Conclusion: Urine components in patients with hypertension under erect position is the highest detection rate.
