摘要
目的:研究与探讨"五制"(层级管理制、管床责任制、小组责任制、床边工作制以及床边记录制)对提高护理质量所起的作用。方法:选择2011年1月-2013年1月入住本院的患者22614例,进行回顾性分析,其中2011年1月-2012年1月共有9856例为对照组,护理方式均采用传统护理管理模式;2012年1月-2013年1月共有12758例为观察组,护理方式均采用本院推行的"五制"护理管理模式。结果:观察组的护理安全质量、护理记录书写质量、患者的满意度以及高年资护士对职业的满意度比较均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"五制"护理管理模式在临床护理管理应用中所取得的效果十分显著,不但得到了绝大多数患者的认可,还能有效地提高医护人员的积极性,值得在临床上推广。
