锡对低合金钢在高Cl^-浓度酸性溶液中耐蚀性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用动电位扫描、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、模拟挂片试验等方法研究了锡元素对低合金钢耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,向钢中添加少量锡可以抑制钢在酸性溶液中的阳极及阴极反应,电化学阻抗谱表明添加锡后钢材的阻抗值增大,模拟实际条件的挂片试验也证实了添加锡有助于提高酸性介质中低合金钢的耐蚀性。 Some electrochemical techniques such as dynamic scanning, EIS and coupon test in simulated solution with high chloride concentration were used to investigate the effect of tin on the corrosion resistance of low alloy steel. The results show that adding a little tin in the steel can restrain the anodic and cathodic corrosion behavior of all specimens in the solution and the corrosion rate decreased with the increase of tin content. Coupon test also confirms that adding tin will enhance the corrosion resistance of the steel in acid solution with high chloride concentration.
