摘要
某热电厂的热网蒸汽管道补偿器由Incoloy825合金(内层)和316L不锈钢(外层)构成。在锅炉非正常停车后又恢复运行的过程中管道补偿器波纹管波峰处发生开裂。采用金相、断口、能谱分析等手段对补偿器的失效进行了全面的分析。结果表明,在高温碱性环境下,由于补偿器波纹管波峰处拉应力最大,在此处发生了碱应力腐蚀开裂,从而导致了补偿器的失效。
A steam pipe compensator of thermal network consists of Incoloy825 alloy (inner layer) and 316L stainless steel (outer layer). The crest of bellows of the compensator cracked during the start of boiler after a abnormal stop. A comprehensive research on the failed reason of the compensator was carried out by metallography, SEM and EDS, etc. The results showed that caustic stress corrosion cracking occurred at the crest of bellows of the compensator, in which the tensile stress was the largest.
