摘要
基于摆线包络行星传动啮合理论和接触有限元法,运用Ansys有限元分析软件,精确建立一次包络摆线啮合副和二次包络摆线啮合副的有限元模型,并对其进行接触有限元分析。分析结果表明:二次包络摆线啮合副确实存在双线接触现象,且在同样的齿廓设计参数和工况条件下,其接触应力较一次包络摆线啮合副要小。为简化分析过程,避免重复劳动,联合运用VB(visual basic 6.0)和APDL(Ansys parameter design language)语言,对Ansys进行二次开发,编制摆线包络行星传动接触有限元仿真分析系统,此系统集成一次包络和二次包络摆线啮合副几何设计、参数化建模、网格动态可视化划分、加载、求解、后处理于一体,具有友好、方便、易用的人机交互界面,对复杂、难于理解和掌握的Ansys命令流进行后台封装,提高分析效率。
Based on the gear geometry of cycloid enveloping planetary transmission and contact finite element method, the finite element models of single and secondary enveloping cycloid meshing pairs are built and analyzed by Ansys. The results show that the phenomenon of doublet eontacting really exists in secondary enveloping cycloid meshing pair and its contact stress is lower lhan that of single-enveloping under the same conditions. In order to simplify the analytic procedure and avoid wasteful duplication of effort, visual basic 6.0 and APDL ( Ansys parameter design language) , which is a second development tool provided by Ansys, are used to develop the analysis program of contact finite element in cycloid planetary transmission. This program includes parametric modeling, meshing, loading, solving and post processing, thus avoids large amount of repeated analysis work and improves the efficiency.
