摘要
分析了电化学硫化氢敏感元件的反应机理,提出了一种矿用硫化氢传感器的设计方案。该传感器以C8051F021单片机为核心,将硫化氢敏感元件输出的信号进行采集、补偿处理后通过LED数码管显示,并通过RS—485或频率的方式实时传输到煤矿井下监控分站。该传感器目前已广泛应用于煤矿安全监测监控系统中。现场应用证明:该传感器测量精度高、稳定可靠、抗干扰能力强。
Reaction mechanism of electrochemistry H2S sensitive element is analyzed,a design scheme of mine-used H2S sensor is proposed.The sensor uses C8051F021 single chip microcomputer as core,it can collect and compensate output signals transmitted by H2S sensitive element to LED nixie tube for displaying,and real-time transmit to underground monitoring substation through RS-485 or frequency mode.The sensor is widely used in safety monitoring system for mine.The field application shows that the sensor has high measurerment precision,good stability and reliability,and strong anti-interference ability.
