摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)间接测定锰方硼石中氯的新方法。采用HNO3分解矿石样品,并向样品溶液中加入过量的AgNO3溶液,使Ag+与Cl-生成AgCl沉淀,溶液澄清后选择328.068{102}nm波长的光谱线作为分析线,以ICP-AES测定了溶液中剩余的Ag,通过计算,间接地测定了锰方硼石中氯。实验发现,溶液中Ag原子发射光谱强度与ρ(Ag)在0~40μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,校准曲线相关系数r为0.999 9,方法检出限为0.024μg/mL。本方法用于实际样品锰方硼石中氯的测定,加标回收率在98.8%~99.6%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.11%~0.54%。
A novel method for indirect determination of chloride in chambersite by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was established. HNO:3 was used to dissolve mineral samples and an extra amount of AgNOs solution was added to the sample solution for the precipitation of AgCl. After the solution was transparent, remaining Ag in the solution was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with spectral line of wavelength 328. 068{102} nm as analysis line. By calculation, chloride in chambersite was indirectly determined. The experiment indicated the atomic emission strength of Ag had excellent linear relationship with p (Ag) in the range of 0-40μg/mL. The method was used for determining chloride in chambersite, with recoveries of 98.80%-99.6% and RSD (n=6) of 0.1%-0. 54%
