摘要
针对发热引起高压成套式开关柜内设备故障的问题,笔者设计了一种基于Zigbee技术的高压设备无线温度监测系统。系统设计成分散测量、集中监视的分层分布式结构。系统以PIC16F690低功耗单片机为控制核心,利用数字式温度传感器DS18B20实现温度的测量,并通过Zigbee无线模块进行数据的传输,实现了对多柜、多通道温度的在线监测。该监测系统具有运行功耗低、抗干扰能力强、灵敏度高、操作简单等优点,能实时监测设备温度,有效解决了高压设备,特别是开关柜在封闭式高电压、强磁场、大电流环境下温度不易监测的难题,系统在实际应用中取得良好的成效。
A wireless temperature monitoring system based on Zigbee technology for high-voltage equipment was designed to detect the overheat-induced fault of switchgear assemblies. The system adopts the distributed hierarchical structure of decentralized measurement and centralized monitoring. The system takes the low-power microcontroller PIC16F690 as its control core and the digital temperature sensor DS18B20 as temperature acquisition device, and uses Zigbee wireless communication module for data communication to achieve a multi-cabinet, multi-channel temperature monitoring. The system has the advantages of low power consumption, good anti-jamming performance, high sensitivity, simple operation, etc., and it can realize real-time monitoring of temperature for high-voltage equipment, particularly for switchgears, in the enclosed high-voltage ,strong magnetic field and large current circumstance. Application of the system demonstrates its merits.
