关于我国青少年科技拔尖人才培养及选拔模式的研究

摘要 进入21世纪后,面对知识经济的汹涌大潮,科技竞争成为了国际综合国力竞争的焦点。科技的发展需要人才,而人才的培养则靠教育,鉴于此,本文主要通过实践来探索我国青少年科技拔尖人才的培养及选拔的科学模式,为日后我国科技创新提供源源不断的人才基础和强大的智力支持。 After we entered the 21 st century, scientific and technological competitions have become the focus of the competitions of comprehensive national strength in the world in face of the great trend of knowledge economy. The development of science and technology needs talents, while the cultivation of talents depends on education. In view of this, the paper ma- inly explores the scientific training and selection mode of top-notch scientific and technological young talents through the practices so as to provide a continuous talent foundation and a strong intellectual support for Chinese scientific and technological innovation in the future.
