摘要
2012年修订的民事诉讼法赋予检察机关民事执行监督权,从而为检察机关执行监督提供了法律依据。基层检察机关做好执行监督工作需从多方面着手:即加强基层民行检察工作的指导;广辟民事行政执行监督案源;探索民事行政执行监督新方式;构建民事行政执行监督新机制。
The revised ＂Civil Procedure Law＂ has given procuratorial organs the supervisory authority of civilian implementation,and therefore provided a legal basis for the implementation supervision of procuratorial organs.Grass-roots procuratorial organs can do well in implementation supervision through many aspects： strengthening the guidance of grass-roots civil and administrative procuratorial work,expanding the case source of civil and administrative implementation supervision,exploring new ways of civil and administrative implementation supervision,and building civil and administrative implementation supervision mechanism.
