摘要 目的分析人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)与沙眼衣原体(CT)在女性生殖道感染中的相关性。方法对348例女性宫颈脱落细胞标本进行HPV DNA和CT DNA检测,对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 HPV DNA检测总阳性率为13.2%(46/348),CT DNA检测总阳性率为9.2%(32/348);HPV DNA阳性及阴性患者CT DNA检测阳性率分别为23.9%(11/46)和7.0%(21/302),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性生殖道HPV与CT感染可能存在一定的相关性。 Objective To analyze the relationship between human papilloma virus(HPV) and chlamydia trachomatis(CT) infection in female genitourinary tract.Methods 348 female patients were enrolled and detected for HPV DNA and CT DNA in cervical exfoliated cell specimens,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The total positive rates of HPV DNA and CT DNA were 13.2%(46/348) and 9.2%(32/348) respectively.The positive rates of CT DNA in HPV DNA positive and negative patients were 23.9%(11/46) and 7.0%(21/302),which were with statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion There might be correlation between female genitourinary infection of HPV and CT.
