摘要
研究通过对微油气化小油枪点火技术原理的介绍,以及哈尔滨发电有限公司#2锅炉安装微油点火系统前后经济效益的对比,阐述了微油气化小油枪点火技术作为一种新型节油技术,在锅炉启、停及低负荷稳燃期间,节油率在85%以上,具有良好的经济性及环保性,值得在电站锅炉及大型工业锅炉中推广应用。
This article introduced the technical principles of micro -the oil vaporization small oil gun ignition, compared economic benefits before and after installing micro - oil ignition system on # 2 boiler of the Harbin Power Generation Co. , Ltd. , elaborated the micro oil vaporization small oil gun ignition technology as a new fuel - saving technologies, stable combustion in the boiler start, stop and low load period, saving rate was more than 85%. With the good economic benefits and environmental protection, it is worth promoting its use in power station boilers and large industrial boilers.
