摘要
综述钢结构在我国建筑工程中的飞跃发展,分析由钢结构带动的焊接技术和焊接装备的发展情况。针对建筑钢结构现场安装施工的焊接作业,系统阐述了笔者团队研究的系列作业焊接机器人的研究成果和现场推广应用情况,开发出适合于现场施工作业的移动式焊接机器人,采用焊缝轨迹示教、焊接参数数据管理、焊接电源联动控制以及高效双枪和全数字化等技术,解决了诸多困扰现场焊接问题,并在国家标志性工程上获得成功推广应用。
This paper reviews the rapid development of steel structure construction projects in China, and analyzes the development of welding technology and welding equipment development driven by a steel structure. For construction steel on-site installation and construction welding operation,the author systematically expounds their team studied a series of job welding robot research results and field application, developed a mobile welding robot is suitable for on-site construction work,weld track teaching,welding parameter data management,welding power control linkage and efficient two welding torches and all-digital technology. Finally it solves a lot of troubled site welding problems,and the application of national landmark projects for the success of the promotion.
