摘要
针对MIG/MAG焊接质量控制的特点,建立了高速摄像与焊接过程质量分析综合试验系统,通过高速摄像观察电弧过程和焊接过程质量分析仪检测的焊接过程参数概率密度、熔滴短路过渡周期Tc及变异系数CV的检测,可方便地进行不同焊接过程如外加力场、辅助磁场的电弧过程和电参数变化规律分析,从而满足不同情况下焊接过程的动态测量、监控和分析。
In consideralion of the wehting quality control features of MIG/MAG,an synthesized experiment system including high- speed eamera and welding process quality analysis instrument is established,welding arc process is observed through high-speed camera and the welding process parameters probability density,the transient period of molten drop short circuits TC,the variation coefficient Cv are measured through welding process quality analysis instrument,then the variation analysis of the arc process and electrical parameters ureter different welding process such as force field ,auxiliary magnetic field can be carried out easily,to meet the dynamic measurement, monitoring and analysis of the welding process under different circumstances.
