摘要 目的研究关白附发挥抗氧化活性的有效部位.方法 70%乙醇回流提取关白附粉末,减压浓缩得到乙醇浸膏,并依次使用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取;采用DPPH法、Fenton法及邻苯三酚自氧化法研究体外抗氧化活性.结果不同溶剂萃取得到的关白附提取物展现出不同程度的抗氧化活性,并呈现量效关系.其中,正丁醇提取物对DPPH、超氧阴离子以及羟自由基的清除活性均为最高.结论关白附正丁醇提取物具有较强的抗氧化活性,可作为一种新的自由基清除剂和天然抗氧化剂. Objective To reveal the effective parts of Aconitum coreanum with antioxidant activity.Method 70% ethanol extraction of Aconitum coreanum was concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain an ethanol extract,and further extracted with petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate and n-butanol extract;DPPH method,Fenton method and pyrogallol autoxidation method were employed to study the antioxidant activity.Results The different solvent extracts of Aconitum coreanum exhibited antioxidant activity,showing a dose-effect relationship.Among them,n-butanol extract showed a significant scavenging activity on DPPH,superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical.Conclusion n-butanol extract of Aconitum coreanum exhibits strong antioxidant activity,suggesting a potential as a new radical scavenger and natural anti-oxidants.
