加料速度对生成NiO微粉粒度、结构及形貌的影响 被引量:1

Effect of the Rate of Material Inputting on the Properties of NiO Powder

摘要 考察了不同加料速度对生成 Ni O微粉的粒度、相结构、表面形貌的影响。实验结果表明 :当加料速度慢时 ,可获得平均粒径为 (1 .41~ 1 .65 ) μm,呈规则球形的、纯净的 Ni O颗粒 ;当加料速度快时 ,在合适的操作条件下可以得到平均粒径为 48nm球形或棒状的 Ni O超细粉。 Effect of the rate of material inputting on the grain size, surface morphology, phase structure of NiO powder is discussed. Different grade particles are obtained by controlling the rate of material inputting. When the rate is slow, spherical NiO particles with (1.41~1.65 )μm grain size are obtained. When the precipitating agent is poured into the reactor directly, the spherical or clubbed NiO particles with average grain size 48 nm are obtained.
