摘要
目的了解绵阳市护士职业生涯规划现状,比较不同等级医院护士职业生涯规划的差异,为护理管理者采取有针对性的措施提供依据。方法随机抽取绵阳市12所医院的1268名临床护士,应用自行设计问卷,对临床护士职业生涯规划进行调查。结果绵阳市临床护士职业生涯规划均分为(2.91±0.65)分,8个维度由高到低依次为:自我认识(3.48±0.53)分、人际关系(3.37±0.55)分、职业认识(3.21±0.68)分、职业生涯定向(3.03±0.66)分、自我规划(2.96±0.67)分、自我规划执行与完善(2.72±0.72)分、确立职业目标及策略(2.61±0.76)分、管理者为你设定方向(2.17±0.63)分。三级医院护士职业生涯规划得分较一级医院高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士职业生涯规划处于中下水平,护理管理部门应采取措施予以提高。
Objective To investigate the current situation of nurse’s career planning in Mianyang,and compare the nurse’s career planning in hospital of different grade,providing basis for nurse manager take targeted action.Methods By questionnaire survey,1268 clinical nurses of 12 hospitals in Mianyang were investigated randomly with self designed questionnaire about the career planning.Results The clinical nurse’s career planning in Mianyang scored(2.91±0.65).Eight dimensionalities from the highest to the lowest were below:self-awareness(3.48 ±0.53),interpersonal relationship(3.37 ±0.55),profession construction(3.21 ±0.68),career direction(3.03 ± 0.66),self-planning(2.96±0.67),self-planning implementation and perfect(2.72±0.72),career objective and strategy establishment(2.61± 0.76),manager to set orientation(2.17±0.63).The score of nurse’s career planning in three-level hospitals was higher than that in firstlevel hospitals(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion The nurse’s career planning was lower than the average score,and nurse managers in hospitals of different level should pay more attention to nurse’s career planning for helping nurse’s career managing.
