摘要
从理论和试验两方面分析了影响电机传动系统中滞环两态电流调节器工作频率的主要因素 .由此提出一种稳频控制技术 ,该技术直接将滞环两态电流调节器的工作频率作为正反馈信号 ,通过动态控制滞环两态电流调节器的滞环宽度随其工作频率成正比变化 ,达到降低变流器直流端输入电压或电机转速变化的影响、稳定滞环两态电流调节器工作频率的目的 .从而极大地提高了电机传动系统的可靠性 ,并且抑制了其可能出现的混沌运动现象 .
The main reasons to affect the operation frequency of two state hysteresis current regulator for motor control system are analyzed by theory and experiment. A control technique of stabling frequency for two state hysteresis current regulator is developed, it decreases the effect of input DC voltage of converter and motor speed on the operation frequency of two state hysteresis current regulator by taking the operation frequency as the positive control signal and varing dynamically the hysteresis width of two state hysteresis current regulator with its operation frequency. The feasible theoretical and experimental results demonstrate that the reliability of motor control system is greatly increased and its possible chaotic operations will be restricted.
