摘要
考虑到机械设计中理论研究和实验研究的一些不足之处,应用虚拟样机技术对角度疲劳试验机的设计和研究有着重要的指导意义。借助虚拟样机技术软件ADAMS实现了3D样机模型的导入、添加运动副和约束及施加载荷,对角度疲劳试验机的加载部分和摆动部分进行了运动学仿真,获得了角度疲劳试验机的角度-时间曲线、角速度-时间曲线,角加速度-时间曲线,并对仿真结果进行了分析。
Considering some deficiencies of theoretical and experimental research in the mechanical design, the application of virtual prototype is of great significance to the design and research of the angle fatigue test- er. With the help of virtual prototype software ADAMS, the 3D prototype model of angle fatigue tester is de- rived, and kinematic pairs, constraint and load are added to the simulation model, and kinematics simulation of load part and a swing part is carried out. The angle-time curve, angular velocity-time curve and angular acceleration- time curve of angle fatigue tester are obtained, and the simulation results are analyzed.
