低剂量左旋布比卡因复合芬太尼在腰麻中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察低剂量左旋布比卡因复合芬太尼用于腰麻的临床效果及术后麻醉作用消退的时间。方法选择52例行宫颈锥切术的患者(ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级),随机双盲分为两组:Ⅰ组于患者的腰椎3/4间隙用布比卡因7.5mg行腰麻阻滞;Ⅱ组用左旋布比卡因3mg复合芬太尼20ug做同样的腰麻阻滞。观察并记录两组术中条件、术后运动神经阻滞恢复时间以及术后麻醉平面消退时间和患者术后第一次排尿时间。结果两组术中条件的差异无统计学意义,而左旋布比卡因组的术后麻醉平面消退时间和运动神经阻滞恢复时间短于布比卡因组,患者第一次排尿时间也早于布比卡因组。结论左旋布比卡因3mg复合芬太尼20ug可以替代布比卡因用于短时手术的腰麻。
