摘要
用半微量相平衡方法测定了LaCl3-Phe-H2O三元体系(25℃)的溶度和饱和溶液折光率,绘制了该体系的溶度图和饱和溶液折光率曲线.结果表明:体系中形成两种化学计量的配合物.比较讨论了氨基酸对形成配合物的影响.在相平衡结果指导下,合成了配合物的固态样品.用化学分析、元素分析、红外光谱及热分析研究了配合物的组成和一些物理化学性质.
The Solubilities of LaCl3-Phe--H2O ternary system at 25℃ were investigated by a semimicro method of phase equilibrium,and the refractive indexes of saturated solutions were determined. The corresponding solubility diagram and refractive index curve of saturated solutions were constructed. The results indicate that there are two new complexes formed in this system at 25℃, namely,La(Phe)Cl3·6H2O(I)and La(Phe)2Cl3·6H2O(Ⅱ), and both are incongruently soluble in water. The influences of amino acids on formation of complexes were discussed. Based on phase equilibrium data,the incongruent complex (Ⅱ)was prepared. Its composition and properties were investigated by chemical analysis, elemental analysis,infrared spectroscopy and DTGTG methots.
