本文讨论了真空消失模铸造生产工艺中各关键工艺因素的控制问题,如各种原材料的控制、模型及涂料制备工艺的控制、干砂造型的控制以及各工艺条件的控制等。通过控制各关键技术点,将工艺条件的稳定作为稳定生产的基本要素,生产出合格的铸件。
The control problems of vacuum expendable pattern casting production process critical process factors,such as the control of a variety of raw materials,model and paint preparation process control,dry sand molding control and control of process conditions.By controlling the key technical points,the stability of the process conditions as the basic elements of stable production,production of qualified casting.
