摘要
探索了辐射剂量对聚乙烯发泡材料的影响,并对辐射交联聚乙烯(IXPE)发泡材料的泡孔形态、力学性能等进行了分析。结果表明,在现有的工艺条件下辐射剂量为17 Hz时,能够制得发泡均匀、力学性能优异并可稳定连续生产的IXPE。
The effect of different irradiation dose on IXPE was investigated. The cell morphology and mechanical properties of IXPE foaming material were analyzed. The results show that the optimal irradiation dose is 17 Hz at the same foaming technology. The closed cell structure ,excellent mechanical properties of IXPE can be obtained. And the process of IXPE foaming material is stable and continous.
