摘要
研究了合成环氧树脂/蒙脱石纳米复合材料所需的有机蒙脱石的制备及有机蒙脱石与液态环氧树脂的浸润行为.通过一系列脂肪胺与蒙脱石进行阳离子交换反应,优化了制备有机蒙脱石的反应条件,并借助于XRD、FT-IR等测试手段对交换后的有机蒙脱石的内层结构进行了研究,结果表明其层间距离有不同程度的扩展.此外还研究了液体环氧树脂与有机蒙脱,石的浸润,通过XRD测定晶层基面间距d001表征了浸润后蒙脱石的内层结构.
The preparation of organo-montmorillonite which is used in synthesising epoxy/montmorillo- nite nanocomposites, and the swelling behavior of organo-montmorillonite and liquid epoxy are studied. Through a series of cation exchange reactions of fatty amine and montmorillonite, the reaction conditions preparing organo-montmorillonite are optimized. By means of XRD, FI-TR et al, the inner layer structure of organo-montmorillonite is investigated, the experimental results showed that the d-space is raised. In addition, the swelling of liquefied epoxy and organo-montmorillonite was Studied, the inner layer structures of organomontmorillonite after swelling were characterized by means of XRD which determinating the d001.
