摘要
目的了解河南地区油库及部分加油站的职业病危害因素,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法,现场采样,按照《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》(GBZ 159-2004)进行选点和布点。根据《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值第1部分化学有害因素》(GBZ 2.1-2007)、《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值第2部分物理因素》(GBZ 2.2-2007)对检测数据进行评价、分析。结果在油库和加油站中的主要职业病危害因素有苯、盐酸、汽油和噪声等。部分岗位噪声值达88.2 dB(A),汽油浓度达146 mg/m3,苯浓度达8.3 mg/m3。结论噪声和苯是油库和加油站职业病危害关键控制点。
[Objective]To understand the occupational hazards of oil depots and some gas stations in Henan Province,provide the basis for developing the prevention and control countermeasures.[Methods]The sampling was conducted by the occupational health field investigation method,while the reconnaissance and allocation were performed according to the Specifications of air sampling for hazardous substances monitoring in the workplace(GBZ 159-2004).The data were evaluated and analyzed according to the Occupational exposure limits for hazardous agents in the workplace Part 1: Chemical hazardous agents(GBZ 2.1-2007) and Part 2∶ Physical agents(GBZ 2.2-2007).[Results]The main occupational hazards in oil depots and gas stations included benzene,hydrochloric acid,gasoline and noise.The intensity(concentration) of noise,benzene and gasoline in some sites reached 88.2 dB(A),146 mg / m3 and 8.3 mg / m3,respectively.[Conclusion]The critical control points of occupational hazards in oil depots and gas stations are mainly benzene and noise.
