摘要
目的以湖桑197、农桑14号、荷叶白、早生桑1号、塘10、育2号、育71-1、沙2×伦109、嘉陵20号、大墨斗、灃24×苗33、湘7920、湘桑6号以及剑枝桑14个品种为材料,从品种、叶位两个方面探讨桑叶中的多酚和黄酮类物质的含量变化。方法多酚和黄酮类物质的含量采用紫外分光光度法进行测定。结果不同品种桑叶中总酚和黄酮含量差异较大,其数值分别介于1.941%~3.831%与0.484%~1.830%之间。结论桑叶中这两种物质的含量与品种、叶位都有一定的相关性。两种成分在不同叶位之间具有一定的分布规律,总的趋势为,叶位以叶质较嫩桑叶两种成分含量较高,并随着叶片的成熟程度增加而两种成分含量呈先降低再上升的趋势。
Objective To compare the contents of total phenols and flavonoids in the leaves of mulberry from fourteen varieties(Hu-sang 197,Nong-sang 14,He-yebai,Zao-shengsang 1,Tang 10,Yu 71-1,Sha 2×Lun 109,Jia-ling 20,Da-modou,Feng 24×Miao 33,Xiang 7920,Xiang-sang 6 and Jian-zhisang 14). MethodsThe content of total phenols and flavonoids were determined by ultraviolet spectrolhotometry. ResultsThe difference of the contents of total phenols and flavonoids in the leaves of mulberry from different varieties were quite large,the values were between 1.941%~3.831% and 0.484%~1.830% respectively. ConclusionThere was a certain distribution of the total phenolic and flavonoid contents in different leaf positions.In all,the contents of these two substances were high in new young leaves and decreased firstly and then increased at the maturity stage.
