摘要
本人在结合多年的田径教学经验,探讨学生体育学习的规律,确立了在高职院校中采用体育游戏法,针对教学的内容采取不同的体育游戏、组织方法和手段,将能有效提高学生学习田径的积极性,提高学生课程参与的注意力和喜爱感。
This paper explores students’ learning way of physical training.Based on many years’ experience of track and field teaching,it establishes the sport games method of physical education in vocational colleges.That sport games and activities vary with different teaching contents can help to motivate students to learn track and field sports as well as to increase their participation and enjoyment.
